Was very happy with the hot chocolate which was very good. My granddaughter loved the experience.
Seating was not assigned, you could sit on either of two levels with a variety of options - all comfortable. The upper level was covered, but not enclosed, the lower level was enclosed with windows all around. Food was served on the lower level. If you chose to eat on the second level you had to carry your food and drink up a staircase.
The captain provided a narrative of interesting points along the way, but it was difficult to hear.
My only criticism which is more an observation and concern for safety, but there was no crewmember at the entrance and exit points of the boat while passengers are entering and exiting. I noticed a group of four older women with canes that clearly could have used a hand disembarking. Thankfully, another passenger provided this. Overall, this particular cruise seemed somewhat short staffed however, this didn't take away from a great experience.
I highly recommend this cruise.
